Data we collect

H2flow is designed to operate with minimal personal information. To create and secure your account we collect:

• Email address – required to create your profile, authenticate you, and send essential service emails such as password resets.
• Hydration preferences and logs – optional usage data you add (for example, your daily goal or drink reminders) so the app can personalise your experience. These entries are tied to your account and you can edit or delete them at any time.

We do not ask for your name, physical address, payment information, or any other identifying details inside the app.

How we use your data

• Authenticate you securely when you sign in on a device.
• Sync your hydration goals, reminders, and history across your devices.
• Provide essential account support such as password resets or account recovery.

We never sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising or profiling purposes. Analytics, where used, are aggregated and cannot be traced back to you personally.

Where data is stored & how long we keep it

Account information is stored securely in our managed Google Firebase infrastructure within the European Union. We retain your data only for as long as you maintain an active H2flow account. If you delete your account, associated hydration entries are permanently removed from our systems within seven days.

Your rights & choices

• Access, correct, or delete your hydration data from within the app.
• Request a copy of the information linked to your account by emailing h2flowapp@gmail.com.
• Ask us to delete your account entirely by contacting us via email; we will confirm once the removal is complete.

We respond to privacy requests within seven days and complete verified deletion requests within the same timeframe.
