Why is my hydration ring stuck?

Make sure you’re on v1.0.1 and that background app refresh is enabled. If the circle still doesn’t update, reinstalling usually clears cached data.

Can I export my fasting history?

Yes. Visit the History tab, tap the export icon, and choose CSV or PDF to share your latest streaks with a coach or physician.

Where can I read the privacy policy?
